Ricevendo questa notizia, ieri stesso alle 17.51 ho chiamato il vostro servizio clienti (a pagamento, per giunta), poichè il servizio online non funzionava. Il Servizio clienti mi ha assicurato che il corriere sarebbe passato entro mezz'ora. Sono stato insieme al portiere ad aspettare fino alle 19.15, orario in cui mi accorgo che sul sito risultava che il corriere era passato ed aveva nuovamente trovato chiuso. Il vostro corriere semplicemente NON è passato, arrecandomi un danno. Ribadisco, che la mancanza di serietà del corriere e del servizio clienti che mi ha preso in giro è assolutamente vergognosa. È la seconda volta che non citofona, non chiama e risulta che è passato e non ha trovato nessuno. La prima volta mi ha fatto uno squillo di un secondo per poi dopo averlo chiamato dopo un minuto, mi risponde dicendomi che x un corriere un minuto conta e lui è già molto lontano. Poi quando è venuto a portarmi il pacco, ha detto che lui non sale con la macchina fino a dietro al palazzo, che devo andargli io incontro. Ma allora io per cosa pago il trasporto? Ma stiamo scherzando? Non ho mai visto una maleducazione simile, mio marito gli ha anche sgridato dopo essersi anche lui arrabbiato per il suo comportamento. Ora che dovevo ricevere un pacco dinuovo, cosa succede? Che due giorni di seguito lui ha segnato che è passato e non ha trovato nessuno, io che ieri e oggi non sono proprio uscita di casa. Impossibile parlare con un operatore perché ci sono solo voci automatiche, oltre ad essere a pagamento la chiamata. Nello stesso giorno è passato BRT E DHL senza problemi.
