Ieri mattina alle 8 era in filiale ad avellino e riportava consegna il giorno 8 gennaio. Inutile dire che non è arrivato nulla. Ormai li conosco bene, non è la prima volta che fanno questi giochetti. Tra le altre cose non hanno nemmeno mezzi per muoversi e devo prima fittarli quindi vedete un po voi il tempo di attesa. Ma questa volta non la passano liscia , ho già provveduto a scrivergli una lettera dal mio legale e passerò alla denuncia in caso di mancata consegna Bad service. Lo fanno per due volte e poi lo mettono in giacenza così ci devi andare tu a ritirare il pacco! Non hanno un recapito telefonico per poterli contattare direttamente, ma solo un numero di un centralino che ti risponde (se sei fortunato) dall'Albania che ti legge lo stato della tracciabilità e non conclude niente! CARI SIGNORI VENDITORI SE NON VOLETE FARE BRUTTE FIGURE CON IL VOSTRO CLIENTE NON AFFIDATEVI A NEXIVE! Ora vi devo lasciare perché devo capire dove si trova il mio pacco e come fare per poterlo recuperare! Sarà dura! They do not deliver, they report "Absent Recipient" and they are fine! Assistenza telefonica inesistente, rispondono da Tirana ma non fanno altro che leggere lo stato d'avanzamento del tracking! Altro non riescono/vogliono fare. In conclusione il pacco non mi è stato consegnato e non si sa cosa fare per poterlo recuperare! They report "absent recipient" but don't even try to make the delivery! Telephone assistance does not exist, they answer from Tirana but do nothing but read the progress of the tracking! Other they cannot / want to do. In conclusion, the package was not delivered to me and you do not know what to do to be able to recover it!
E	Elzar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pultroppo non posso mettere 0 stelle, sono anni che ordino online e questo credo sia il servizio di consegna peggiore in assoluto secondo me più di bartolini al peggio non c'è mai fine. Sono 2 settimane che aspetto sul sito dice arrivato in filiare ma non lo consegnano ora devo prende la macchina e farmi 90 km a/r rimettendoci così 10 euro di benzina oltre ad aver pagato la spedizione. Mai più questa è l'ultima volta. Unfortunately I can not put 0 stars, I have been ordering online for years and I think this is the absolute worst delivery service in my opinion, more than bartolini there is never an end to the worst. Arriva solo l’avviso di giacenza e si è costretti a prendere tempo per fare il ritiro personalmente. Esperienza Terribile! Never had the pleasure of receiving a delivery directly from their courier. Incapaci e incompetenti! In Avellinese :LEVATI MANO! My package is in the final destination branch in Avellino from 09.28.21 home to today 02.10.2021 still has not arrived ......
