Il lavoro è stato fatto in 28 min da 1 impiegato, senza difficoltà e con tutta calma. All’atto del pagamento ho chiesto di rivedere il prezzo considerato il tempo effettivamente impiegato ma mi è stato negato.. oltretutto al posto della ricevuta volevano darmi il foglio di lavoro.. poi dopo averla chiesta espressamente, con testuali parole “se vuole le faccio la ricevuta” mi hanno fatto la ricevuta. Altrove gli altri preventivi sono stati di 120€ (Pezzo +manodopera) ma purtroppo chiudevano per ferie (sertimana di ferragosto) e quindi non ho avuto possibilità di scelta.. solo loro. La macchina non e mia e io vivo in un altra regione e quindi sicuramente non ci avrò più a che fare ma la mia esperienza è stata pessima. Invierò un reclamo alla Ford con la loro ricevuta. Upon payment, I asked to review the price considering the time actually taken but I was denied .. moreover, instead of the receipt they wanted to give me the worksheet .. then after having asked for it expressly, with textual words "if you want I can the receipt ”they gave me the receipt. Elsewhere the other estimates were 120 € (Piece + labor) but unfortunately they closed for holidays (mid-August week) and therefore I had no choice .. only them. The car is not mine and I live in another region and therefore I will certainly not have to deal with it anymore but my experience was very bad. I'll file a complaint with Ford with their receipt.
