Meglio i cinesi!!! The name atelier is not very appropriate! They are mediocre hairdressers, peasants and arrogant. All at a high price. DO NOT GO THERE !!! Better the Chinese !!!

Anche se ci vado non tanto spesso, per me è il miglior parrucchiere di tutta Pisa. L'ultima volta mi hanno fatto un taglio di capelli che mi è piaciuto molto. The shop is very nice as furniture, the staff is very kind especially the hairdresser Mattia. Even if I go there not so often, for me it is the best hairdresser in Pisa. The last time they made me a haircut that I really liked.

Sembra di entrare in un club privato dove non si è accettati, tanto più se non pisani (o addirittura non italiani). Il servizio è molto scadente: poca creatività, poca competenza e soprattutto incapacità di rapportarsi con i clienti. Ho chiesto un colore e ne è stato fatto un altro.....senza alcun rispetto per le mie esigenze. D'altra parte i parrucchieri stessi ...avrebbero bisogno di UN BUON PARRUCCHIERE!!! Prezzi molto alti assolutamente non proporzionati al servizio. I would not recommend this hairdresser from Pisa to anyone. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. It seems to enter a private club where you are not accepted, especially if not Pisan (or even non-Italian). The service is very poor: little creativity, little competence and above all inability to deal with customers. I asked for one color and another was made ..... without any respect for my needs. On the other hand, the hairdressers themselves ... would need a GOOD HAIRDRESSER !!! Very high prices absolutely not proportionate to the service.

La signorina che mi ha seguita per taglio e piega ha in principio tentato di tagliarmi i capelli RICCI con uno sfilzino, alla mia richiesta di non utilizzo dello strumento si è mostrata accondiscendente.. per poi utilizzarlo successivamente a tradimento. Tutto sommato però sono stata soddisfatta del taglio scalato. Dell'asciugaura invece ne sono rimasta del tutto scontenta: sono uscita da lì che sembrava fossi appena scesa da una montagna russa. Inutile dire che appena tornata a casa mi sono dovuta ri-lavare i capelli. Consiglio un corso di aggiornamento per imparare a trattare i capelli ricci. Yet another disappointment for my curly hair. The young lady who followed me for cutting and styling at first tried to cut my curly hair with a string, at my request not to use the tool she was condescending .. and then used it later treacherously. All in all, however, I was satisfied with the layered cut. On the other hand, I was completely dissatisfied with the drying: I came out of there looking like I had just got off a roller coaster. Needless to say, as soon as I got home, I had to re-wash my hair. I recommend a refresher course to learn how to treat curly hair.
O	Osteopata Moschillo Debora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'accoglienza mi ha fatto ben sperare sul quello che sarebbe stato il trattamento, ma il servizio estetico si è rilevato di scarsa qualità e la ragazza è stata frettolosa e non precisa oltre che dolorosa nella manicure. Per quanto riguarda il servizio colore e piega non mi hanno convinto la politica di affidare una cliente ad un parrucchiere diverso in base a chi è libero, quindi a turno ogni volta una persona diversa (per spazzolare, per il colore, per il risciacquo, per la maschera, per la piega). A seguire non mi ha convinto la decisione di voler schiarire una ciocca (per vedere come si decolorava) perché è visibilmente rimasta più chiara rispetto alle altre schiarite. La piega non è durata più di 12 ore, non metto un voto più basso perché la proprietaria molto gentilmente mi ha fatto una piccola attenzione sul prezzo quando ho fatto presente che soprattutto il servizio estetico non aveva un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo! Afterwards I was not convinced by the decision to want to lighten a lock (to see how it bleached) because it remained visibly lighter than the other highlights. The fold did not last more than 12 hours, I do not put a lower rating because the owner very kindly paid me a little attention on the price when I pointed out that above all the aesthetic service was not good value for money!
