Peccato perché quando ho scelto l'abito da sposa sembrava tutto ok, ma dal giorno della prima prova abito, un vero obbrobrio e da lì comincia la vera odissea, fatta di incompetenza, presunzione, incapacità sartoriale e commerciale. Ad ogni modifica un vero incubo..... per non parlare degli accessori previsti senza limitazione di scelta ma in realtà limitata a pochi articoli, una vera presa in giro.....La titolare, guarda caso latitante nei momenti cruciali. Per non parlare delle collaboratrici, educazione e cortesia zero assoluto, senza "bon ton"...... I will not recommend this atelier to my worst enemy, all smoke and no roast! Too bad because when I chose the wedding dress everything seemed ok, but from the day of the first dress fitting, a real shame and from there the real odyssey begins, made up of incompetence, presumption, sartorial and commercial inability. With each modification a real nightmare ..... not to mention the accessories provided without limitation of choice but in reality limited to a few items, a real joke ..... The owner, coincidentally, fugitive in crucial moments. Not to mention the collaborators, absolute zero education and courtesy, without "bon ton" ......

Anziché togliere i difetti li aveva creati. Ho dovuto provvedere da un altra sarta. Poca cordialità da parte della titolare e della collaboratrice. Vi sconsiglio questa atelier. Beautiful clothes but little professionalism. I spent 500 euros for a dress and after taking the measurements for the changes it was all wrong with the seamstress. Instead of removing the defects, he had created them. I had to get it from another seamstress. Little friendliness on the part of the owner and the collaborator. I do not recommend this atelier.

Sono stata accolta benissimo, hanno capito sin dall'inizio la mia idea e nella realizzazione si sono anche superate. Sicuramente il meglio nella nostra città. I bought a tailored suit at the Serrese Atelier: Mine was a very positive experience. I recommend Serrese to all! Abiti molto belli e di stili diversi, scarpe personalizzabili e accessori di ogni genere per rendere il giorno più bello anche unico. La titolare consiglia con garbo e gentilezza non solo il vestito più adatto ma anche la nuance di bianco che fa splendere il viso della sposa, fatto di cui non sempre si tiene conto. Notevole è l'assortimento di abiti da cerimonia anche a prezzi contenuti. Consiglio una visita prima di ogni evento. The windows are very elegant but the atelier is the real dream of a bride. N	Ncumisa Schnapp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been following Serrese on Instagram for some time now and decided to place an order when they advertised their shoe sales during the lockdown in March 2020. I made a swift payment of 135€ on 26 March 2020 after seeing shoes I was interested in on their Instagram stories selling for 120€. After the swift payment was made, I was then told that the shoes I was interested in would cost 340€ for my size (39) and production would take 4 weeks. Long story short, I asked for a refund of the 135€ on 21 May 2020 and have neither recieved the refund or a response to my requests - both by email and on Instagram. DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS!
