Peter, Uomo di poche parole ma di molta sostanza.
Per la parte amministrativa la signora Claudia e Ludmilla per il loro garbo e cortesia .
E in ultimo ma non meno importanti i ragazzi dello staff tecnico che hanno provveduto ad una messa in opera veramente impeccabile grazie ancora un'azienda che consiglio vivamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo sostituito tutte le finestre con prodotti Finstral e devo dire che rispetto alle precedenti finestre con taglio termico e in alluminio la differenza è notevole sia in termini di coibentazione che di isolamento acustico.
Davvero notevole il servizio ricevuto in special modo quello di installazione da parte della Serrcenter puntuali, precisi, non hanno sporcato né lasciato sporco a fine di ogni giornata di lavoro.
Da segnalare anche la professionalità nella gestione di due garanzie senza nemmeno la necessità di segnalarlo gli installatori hanno aperto il ticket e nel giro di 15 gg hanno provveduto alla sostituzione dei particolari.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa. Ci siamo recati in negozio per avere un perventivo sulla sostituzione di alcuni lucernai. Accolti da una signora con accento dell'est, molto sgarbata ed arrogante. Ci avrebbero dovuto contattre e fare avere un preventivo nel giro di pochi giorni. Nessun contatto ricevuto e preventivo mai pervenuto. Abbiamo sollecitato mezzo email dopo ca 10 giorni senza ottenere alcun riscontro. Abbiamo constatato una totale assenza di professionalita' e di attenzione verso il cliente. Ci siamo gia' rivolti altrove.
Bad experience. We went to the shop to get an estimate on the replacement of some skylights. Greeted by a lady with an Eastern accent, very rude and arrogant. They should have contacted us and sent us a quote within a few days. No contact received and estimate never received. We solicited by email after about 10 days without getting any feedback. We found a total absence of professionalism and attention to the customer. We have already turned elsewhere.
