Excellent work ethic, from all points of view: punctuality, execution, ability to improvise in front of unforeseen circumstances (sometimes very difficult to manage), sympathy and availability even in remaining extra time to finish the job at best .use materials a bit expensive maybe but I don't regret for a moment of my choice.
