Il personale che si occupa della vendita nella persona di Renato, persona gentilissima squisita e molto alla mano nel consigliare i loro prodotti, il personale che si occupa della parte tecnica nella persona di Nicola, grande persona gentile, cordiale, disponibile e soprattutto di PAROLA, la signora della parte burocratica molto educata, gentile e soprattutto SERIA, alla fine in ordine di prestazioni il personale che effettua la posa, veramente super professionale, gentile e molto preparato, soprattutto pignolo nella posa e questo significa una posa PERFETTA, non lasciano neanche uno spillo di immondizia e il prodotto è come fosse in una mostra, vuol dire immacolato. Non si fa così, proprio no. Dispiace questo trattamento.. 3 months to wait for a quote. Still no answer has been received despite the constant calls. Prodotti ben fatti, tempi di attesa un pò lunghi però.. un cordiale saluto a Riccardo. I tempi di consegna sono più lunghi rispetto ad altre aziende ma l'attesa valeva decisamente la pena. Renato, dello showroom di Padova, mi ha seguito e consigliato molto bene. Gli installatori Diego e Davide sono simpatici e professionali, c'erano da fare un paio di regolazioni e sono venuti subito. Molto soddisfatto, consigliati. The fixtures are sturdy and very well made. The price is really good for the characteristics of the windows. Delivery times are longer than other companies but the wait was definitely worth it. Renato, from the Padua showroom, followed me and advised me very well. The installers Diego and Davide are nice and professional, they had to make a couple of adjustments and they came immediately. Very satisfied, recommended.
