R	Roberto Contini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a Seraplastic per fare telo di copertura gazebo, esce il tecnico per sopralluogo e misure del caso e mi dice che entro 2 giorni mi farà avere preventivo dopo 15 giorni di attesa li contatto e dopo vari rimandi... " le faremo avere il preventivo "...al 20 giorno mi sento dire che non hanno li telo adatto per coprire un gazebo !!!! hanno capito dopo 20 giorni che non sono in grado di coprire un gazebo eppure dovrebbe essere il loro mestiere da come ne parlano e come sono messi sul loro sito in internet... pessimo servizio... F	Flora Coari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo commissionato l'ordine per la chiusura di un Terazzo con una serie di zanzariere Motorizzate mediante l'uso di un solo telcomando. Dopo aver effettuato il montaggio ci siamo subito resi conto che le zanzariere non erano in tensione e sembravano delle vele. Ma visto che eravamo in piena stagione estiva non abbiamo potuto intervenire in quanto saremo rimasti senza zanzariere. A dostanza di continue telefonate e mail finalmente sono intervenuti, riscontrando l'effettivo problema. Hanno smontato e riportato presso il loro centro per le opportune verifiche . Hanno dovuto sostituire tutte le reti , (nº 5 zanzariere della larghezza di 1500 mm - H = 2000 mm ) probabilmente difettose, nell'arco di circa 30 giorni le mi sono state rimontate e finalmente risolto il problema. Qualche giorno dopo mi accorsi che non mi era stato restituito il 2 º telecomando a loro fornito per i test. Dopo svariate tefonate senza riscontro, il Sìg. Facagni mi conferma dell'avvenuta perdita. Questo avveniva a dicembre concordato la restituzione con uno nuovo a gennaio, a marzo nessun riscontro. A maggio mi è stato consegnato il telecomando nella casella posta senza l'oppurtuna memorizzazione e quindi inutilizzabile. Da quel momento non soamo più riusciti a metterci in contatto con il Sìg.Facagni che si fa negare. Traete voi le debite conclusioni sull'affidabilità e correttezza dell'Azienda o del personale preposto ai rapporti con la clientela.
