★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati il 19 marzo per un preventivo, dovevano passare la scorsa settimana per un sopralluogo, ma non si è visto nessuno. Ho richiamato giovedì scorso, ma ancora nessuno è venuto o mi ha richiamato. Penso che dopo avere perso tre settimane dovrò rivolgermi altrove.
Dopo avere segnalato l'accaduto sul gruppo ufficiale di Facebook mi hanno risposto beffardamente di rivolgermi altrove.
Spero che il proprietario dell'azienda sia ignaro di questi comportamenti di alcuni dipendenti e prenda provvedimenti.
Called on March 19th for a quote, they had to spend last week for an inspection, but no one was seen. I called back last Thursday, but still no one came or called me back. I think that after losing three weeks I will have to go elsewhere.
After reporting the incident on the official Facebook group, they mocked me to address elsewhere.
I hope the owner of the company is unaware of this behavior of some employees and takes action.
