Consiglio a tutti di stare alla larga da questa struttura (e da STEF tutta), perché il rischio di perdere clienti e demotivare agenti è altissimo ! Scrivono una mail comunicando una consegna e non la effettuano, il giorno dopo ti dicono telefonicamente che sono in loco pronti allo scarico e poi scopri dal cliente che non hanno ne preavvisato ne definito lo stesso . E peraltro il personale che risponde al telefono si permette di fare ironicamente lo spelling per ribadirvi cose che non mantengono. Fuggite da questi incapaci, presuntuosi ed arroganti (tipico del mondo STEF), ne va dell' immagine vostra e delle vostre aziende !!! Oreste Pettonati A SHAME ! I recommend everyone to stay away from this structure (and all STEF), because the risk of losing customers and motivate agents is very high! They write an email informing a delivery and not the making, the next day they tell you by phone that are on site ready to drain and then find out the customer who does not forewarned it defined the same. And also the staff who answered the phone enables you to make spelling ironically it to you once again of things that do not maintain. Flee from these incompetent, arrogant and presumptuous (typical of STEF world), leaves of 'your image and your company !!! Oreste Pettonati
C	Chiara Achilli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se decidete di fare spedizioni con Serafini, vi faccio tanti auguri...innanzitutto una lentezza nel ricevere risposte, sia via email che telefonicamente. Poi, una volta ricevuta (come per grazia) una risposta dicendo che si', la merce potevano venire a ritirarla, non hanno mai mandato un numero per rintracciare i pacchi, ne' una email di conferma...e infatti, dopo 4 giorni, la merce ancora non e' arrivata a destinazione (anche se al telefono il titolare mi aveva detto che la merce sarebbe arrivata il giorno seguente). Sara' tutta roba da buttare...e i costi chi li copre? Ovviamente noi piccoli produttori che ci facciamo un mazzo sotto al sole a coltivare cibo di qualita'. Non fatevi fregare dal sito che li fa sembrare un'azienda che fa sul serio. If you decide to ship with Serafini, I wish you a lot of good wishes ... first of all a slowness in receiving replies, both by email and by phone. Then, once received (as if by grace) a reply saying that yes, the goods could come and collect it, they never sent a number to trace the parcels, nor a confirmation email ... and in fact, after 4 days , the goods have not yet arrived at their destination (even if the owner had told me on the phone that the goods would arrive the following day). It will be all stuff to throw ... and who costs the costs? Obviously we small producers who make a bunch under the sun to grow quality food. Don't be fooled by the site that makes them look like a serious business.

m	marco laureti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poco professionali se chiami in ufficio per chiedere delle consegne ti rimbalzano da una persona all'altra finche poi si inventano scuse a dir poco credibili che mettono a dura prova l'intelligenza delle persone. La merce a volte arriva deteriorata o rovinata e questo perche quelle poche volte che mi e' capitato di passare nei paraggi del loro deposito che sia estate a 40°, oppure inverno ,o piove vedi la merce, che viene scaricata da un camion all'altro nel bel mezzo del piazzale... e poi lasciata li a giacere sotto il sole o altri agenti atmosferici quindi interrompendo la catena del freddo e a dispetto dell haccp per poi essere ricaricata su altri mezzi e destinata a noi clienti che dobbiamo rivenderla. possibile che nessuno controlla che queste operazioni vengano fatte nel rispetto delle norme e a rimetterci siamo noi negozianti che arrivandoci merce deteriorata o rovinata dobbiamo gettarla? unprofessional if you call the office to ask for deliveries, they bounce you from one person to another until they come up with credible excuses that put a strain on people's intelligence.
