Sono venuti ad installare nella prima metà di Dicembre non terminando il lavoro.
Ad oggi (12 Febbraio) ancora non sono venuti a finirlo. Ho tuttora una porta con un pannello, temporaneo, in truciolato.
Il proprietario, il sig. Santoro, apparentemente molto cordiale e disponibile, si rende irrintracciabile. Decine e decine di telefonate, ed ogni volta risponde un dipendente che dice che riferirà il messaggio e mi farà richiamare. Cosa che puntualmente non accade.

They came to install in the first half of December not finishing the job.
To date (February 12) they have not yet come to finish it. I still have a door with a panel, temporary, in chipboard.
The owner, Mr. Santoro, apparently very friendly and helpful, becomes untraceable. Dozens and dozens of phone calls, and each time an employee replies that he will report the message and will call me back. Which doesn't happen on time.
