Eleonora, una stagista, mi è piaciuta particolarmente. Appassionata e competente, mi ha dato degli ottimi consigli. Tornerò sicuramente sperando di trovare sempre lei! Sono entrata in questo negozio mi imbarazza ammetterlo dopo due mesi di profonda depressione, la quarantena mi ha colpito particolarmente non mi facevo la doccia da una settimana, non mangiavo e non bevevo dormivo un sacco. Ieri finalmente mi sono decisa a fare un passo avanti e per caso sono passata di qui, e ho incontrato Laura. È stata professionale fin dal primo momento, ha risposto a tutte le mie domande su come utilizzare un certo tipo di prodotto e su come usarlo per valorizzare il colore dei miei occhi, e anche per la skincare. Quello che mi ha colpito di più è stato che ha voluto parlare un po' con me di trucchi come se fossimo delle vecchie amiche scambiandoci pareri, nonostante sono sicura avesse di meglio da fare, è stato molto umano, come una carezza... Erano più di due mesi che non parlavo con una persona in carne ed ossa, ho apprezzato molto la sua bontà d'animo, hai un cuore grande Laura. Appena uscita dal negozio sono corsa in macchina a piangere, non sono abituata a tanta gentilezza. Seguirò senza dubbio i consigli di Laura, anche se non sono una make up artist, truccarmi mi ha sempre fatto sentire bene, mi scalda il cuore. E incontrare Laura me lo ha ricordato. Ci vediamo sicuramente per i prossimi acquisti. Dovrebbe esistere una Laura per ogni punto Sephora, vendereste il doppio come minimo.
