★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non fatevi servire dalla direttrice Caterina. Dopo tante parole mi ha dato il prodotto sbagliato. A casa accortami dell errore sono tornata in negozio con scontrino prodotto e scatola ma non mi è stato cambiato nonostante al telefono mi avesse detto il contrario.
Risultato? 40 euro buttati,2 viaggi, e mi son dovuta comprare il prodotto corretto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco accogliente, non sono potuto entrare con il mio monapattino senza un valido motivo se non con accampate scuse sulle normative anti covid, risultato sono stato invitato ad uscire in modo scortese...forse saranno più pulite le suole delle scarpe?!?! Comunque andrò a spendere i miei soldi altrove. Forse la commessa scortese dimentica che senza clienti il posto di lavoro potrebbe vacillare

Mi ha chiamato "questa" rivolgendosi a una collega, non mi offendo per così poco, ma il cliente che non desidera essere appellato in nessun modo è dietro l'angolo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the sales clerks are really helpful and knowledgeable..Others are helpful but couldnt explain the real difference between foundation brushes without reading the description underneath each brush(something i could do myself)..i wasnt able to cash out because the sales clerk at the register didnt know how to pass an online gift card i recieved...after waiting some time and allowing other customers to go ahead of me, i just took back my gift card and left...
