★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ragazzine impreparate che ti attendono... Ti lasciano 2 campioncini di numero per 50 euro di spesa... Il peggio poi l'insistenza nel voler farti fare la tessera... Ma il meglio è stato il citarmi ingredienti (acido ialuronico) che non era all'interno del prodotto...quando le faccio notare alla commessa che non lo contiene cambia discorso e glissa.. Arrogante e ignorante. Non tutti coloro che acquistano sono impreparati come le tue commesse cara Sephora

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La migliore profumeria dove trovare sia grandi marchi che marchi più economici tipo the ordinary. Commesse spesso invadenti, sicuramente dipende dalla politica aziendale, però esperte e quasi tutte gentili. Campioncini? Non pervenuti neanche quando le spese sono abbastanza importanti.
The best perfumery where you can find both big brands and cheaper brands like the ordinary. Often intrusive orders, it certainly depends on company policy, but they are expert and almost all kind. Samples? Not received even when expenses are big enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesto espressamente un tipo di prodotto, lavostra commessa me ne ha venuto uno che in seguito si e' rivelato l'esatto opposto di cio che cervavo. Nessuna conoscenza di cio' che vendono, non entero' mai piu', andro' nei negozi di fronte.
Asked expressly for a type of product, your order gave me one that later turned out to be the exact opposite of what I was looking for. No knowledge of what they sell, I will never enter again, I will go to the shops opposite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non verrò mai più in questa profumeria, mi e stato venduto un profumo che non ha niente a che vedere con il tester super persistente provato e riprovato nella stessa profumeria. Il profumo che mi è stato venduto dopo un'ora non si sente più. Ho il grande dubbio che mi sia stato venduto già scaduto o vecchio. . tanti soldi per un profumo che non dovevano più vendere. Che schifo.
I will never come to this perfume shop again, I was sold a perfume that has nothing to do with the super persistent tester tried and tested in the same perfumery. The perfume that was sold to me after an hour is no longer smelled. I have the big doubt that it was sold to me already expired or old. . a lot of money for a perfume that they no longer had to sell. How disgusting.

Definitely 10 and praise to the orders of this shop! Kind, professional, present, courteous and full of suggestions and advice !! Sephora, excellent products for sure but sold like this are worth even more!

Solo la make-up artist è stata gentile e disponibile ma quando ho chiesto consigli ad un ragazzo su altri prodotti, è stato di una indisponibilità disarmante. Chiedevo consigli su un colore di cipria e fondotinta e da lontano sparava numeri a caso senza neanche avermi vista in faccia. Anche il mio lavoro è a contatto con il pubblico e fidatevi che i clienti (soprattutto quando si approcciano con molta gentilezza) non si trattano così. Mi dispiace ma delusione totale.
Unfriendly and helpful staff. Only the make-up artist was kind and helpful but when I asked a guy for advice on other products, he was disarming unavailability. I asked for advice on a color of powder and foundation and from a distance shot random numbers without even seeing my face. My work is also in contact with the public and trust that customers (especially when they approach each other with great kindness) do not treat each other like that. Sorry but total disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found nothing wrong with this store. From the outside it seems small but the interior is bigger than appears. The quality is pretty good and the price in my opinion is good, they have some cheep things and some expensive. I personally love their lipsticks and I get masks from their constantly for gifts. The staff is kind and helpful. I have never bought the perfume but when you walk in you can see the wide variety of perfumes they have. Overall not a bad store and has many beauty products and a wide variety of products and prices. Would recommend and will come back.
