★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É mio dovere segnalare la professionalità e la disponibilità delle ragazze del punto vendita di Lonato all'interno del centro commerciale Il Leone (in particolare di Sara) Ieri mattina, dopo aver effettuato un acquisto, ho riscontrato un problema con i punti sulla mia tessera. Davanti al mio sconforto e delusione per l'accaduto, le ragazze in cassa si sono adoperate per risolvermi il problema, non solo omaggiandomi di uno sconto personalizzato, ma contattando inoltre personalmente l'assistenza e richiamandomi prontamente informandomi del disguido.
Bisogna riconoscere quando qualcuno sa fare il proprio lavoro... E lodarlo quando lo sa fare proprio bene. Questo è il caso di Sara e le sue meravigliose colleghe.
Sono una cliente abituale. Adoro Sephora, adoro i vostri prodotti e la professionalità del personale. Questo fa la differenza!!!
N.B. Il servizio Benefit Cosmetics della Brow Artist Jessica... Beh... Lei è assolutamente top! La numero 1! Io non riesco a farne più a meno!!!

Quello che non ho trovato l ha ordinato, spedendolo a casa senza costi aggiuntivi,cosa che avrei pagato facendo io l'acquisto dal sito. Ho trovato professionalità e competenza. Mi hanno omaggiato anche di uno specchietto da borsetta,devo dire che al giorno d'oggi nessuno a più voglia di lavorare perché tanto hanno lo stipendio pagato comunque. Qui mi devi ricredere,brave, tornerò!

Una ragazza (Lina) mi ha seguita nella scelta del regalo, consigliandomi il prodotto giusto per l'idea che avevo in mente, mentre un'altra (Jessica) si è resa disponibile per aiutarmi nella scelta del colore più adatto per un fondotinta per me. Dopodiché, mi hanno illustrato brevemente le novità del momento e mi hanno controllato la tessera fedeltà per verificare se avessi diritto a promozioni e poi mi hanno lasciata dare un'altra occhiata in autonomia. Oltre ad aver trovato ciò che cercavo, mi sono sentita coccolata dalla professionalità delle venditrici, quindi consiglio questo negozio!
