L	L G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace ma il personale di vendita dovrebbe essere più discreto e non piazzarsi a pochi metri per controllare i movimenti dei clienti. Capisco che ci possano essere molti furti, in particolare al piano di sopra dove ci sono i profumi e le creme più costose, ma questo atteggiamento mette sicuramente a disagio le persone. Non è piacevole guardare l'assortimento quando ti senti gli occhi di un venditore puntati addosso: anche se magari lo fanno per poter essere pronti a dare una mano nel momento in cui percepiscono un interesse per una certa marca, non è questo il metodo giusto. Che imparino dalla profumeria che si trova vicino a loro... tutta un'altra atmosfera, rilassata e non certo da vigilante o da venditore Folletto a incentivo. I'm sorry, but the sales staff should be more discreet and not stand a few meters away to check the movements of customers. I understand that there can be a lot of thefts, particularly upstairs where there are the most expensive perfumes and creams, but this attitude certainly makes people uncomfortable. It is not pleasant to look at the assortment when you feel the eyes of a seller on you: even if they may do it in order to be ready to lend a hand when they perceive an interest in a certain brand, this is not the right method. Let them learn from the perfumery that is near them ... a whole different atmosphere, relaxed and certainly not as a vigilante or as an incentive Kobold seller.

As for my experience, I found the attitudes of the staff to be in bad taste and, to see from the reviews, I am not the only one to think so!

Con tutte le profumerie che ci sono in giro, lo sconsiglio vivamente, anche perchè i commessi / e sono molto insistenti nel voler venderti anche quello che non ti serve!!! Bad Sephora Treviso shop! Not very polite shop assistants and you don't even have time to go inside being asked if you need anything! With all the perfumeries that are around, I strongly advise against it, also because the shop assistants are very insistent in wanting to sell you even what you don't need !!!

Il giorno dopo è arrivato!!! Grazie ad Ivana che è stata gentilissima ed esaustiva e per avermi messo dei campioncini di prodotti nel pacco . Bel negozio, che da fuori sembra piccolo, ma non lo è. Pulito ed ordinato. I went there on purpose to buy a product, which was then finished, but the saleswoman Ivana informed me that there is a courier service to receive it at home for free. The next day arrived !!! Thanks to Ivana who was very kind and thorough and for putting samples of products in the package. Nice shop, which looks small from the outside, but it's not. Clean and tidy.

Ho avuto il piacere di parlare con il direttore che è stato molto professionale nell'indicarmi delle soluzioni adatte alle mie aspettative. Complimenti a tutto lo staff! I was passing by Treviso and I had to give gifts for the Christmas holidays. I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager who was very professional in suggesting solutions suited to my expectations. Congratulations to all the staff!

Non condivido assolutamente le recensioni negative che qualche cliente ha scritto. Premesso che ho sempre avuto assistenza in tutti i miei acquisti e, sinceramente, devo complimentarmi con il direttore e tutto lo staff perchè si trova a trattare con clienti cafoni e maleducati, che comprano on line e poi vanno in negozio a lamentarsi. Io compro direttamente in negozio e raramente on line, ma ho assistito a cura e attenzione anche verso clienti che avevano problemi con gli ordini, specie nel periodo natalizio che è tutto congestionato.Educazione e rispetto devono essere reciproci. Io reputo questo punto vendita al top. Inoltre mi lasciano guardare e, se ho bisogno, mi assistono egregiamente. E mi danno sempre campioncini e coccole! Voto 10 e lode. I maleducati si troveranno male ovunque I am often in Treviso and I do not fail to visit this store, which is my favorite. I buy directly in the store and rarely online, but I have also witnessed care and attention to customers who had problems with orders, especially during the Christmas period which is all congested.Education and respect must be mutual. I consider this store to be at the top. They also let me watch and, if I need to, they assist me very well. And they always give me samples and cuddles! Rated 10 and praise. The rude will find themselves ill everywhere

The staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, unmotivated and does not take responsibility for their mistakes or inability to assist me. I was literally yelled at repeatedly "did you read the terms & conditions?!" (by black haired lady) because they claimed they couldn't take my return or even offer to help me return it through the online system. When they forgot 3 items in my click & collect, they said "yes, well we have been working long days and many hours" to excuse themselves (by older lady who works at the front and yells at everyone to use hand sanitizer). From reading the reviews, I am relieved to see I'm not the only one who thinks the majority of the staff members are not doing a good job, although it saddens me. Perhaps it was a mistake of Sephora to leave their brand in Italian franchisee hands. I always loved shopping at Sephora in the US, the shopping experience, knowledgeable and friendly staff and seamless multi-channel shopping experience made it my preferred cosmetics store. In Italy, I will now gladly go to Douglas or one of the many other options available. To manager Matteo I just want to say: maybe it's not too late to train your team properly; or otherwise, find some kind, passionate and motivated people who love your products and know how to properly deal with customers.
