★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to be a must while on my visit to Venice. You don't expect one to be here. Has a great choice. Staff are helpful, even when I needed things to to be translated to in to English. They were very patient and understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited awhile, then got in, the lady in the shop asked us nicely what we wanted, we first wanted to look by ourselves. We walked around the store for 5 min, not quite sure yet which palette we wanted to buy.
She came and told us in the unfriendliest way possible, to buy something right now or leave the store.
Would not go inside once again 0/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a portier that shouts to the customers, stresses them and is extremely rude. Seriously i can't understand why would they hire such a miserable person. When u buy beauty products you are relaxed and enjoy. This guy was ruining my experience same as so many other customers. I was shocked of what he was doing!! Additional as i left the shop i took my time to push the baby stroller and make sure my niece and nephew (both below 6 y o) were with me before we exited into the crowds and this idiot didn't have anything better to do that shouting at us Hey hey heeeeeeyyyy to avoid stopping. I ignored him but i was very close to complain to the manager; however she looked scared of him!! What a bad atmosphere and customer experience. As we were exiting i regretted so much having spent my money in this place.
