★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sull’isola azzurra non esistono solo piazzetta, via Camerelle e mondanità ma anche dei bellissimi trekking che non hanno nulla da invidiare ai più famosi percorsi sorrentini. Su tutti c’è il Sentiero dei Fortini Borbonici, una bellissima passeggiata che costeggia una parte di Anacapri. Le tappe del tour sono il Fortino del Pino, il Fortino di Mezzo ed il Fortino Orrico, strutture costruite tra il IX e il XV secolo, rese celebri però solo all’inizio del 1800 durante il regno napoletano di Gioacchino Murat poiché furono i protagonisti di una famosa battaglia tra francesi ed inglesi.
Consiglio a tutti di percorrere questo suggestivo trekking che permetterà di mostrare Capri da un altro punto di vista.
On the blue island, there are not only small squares, via Camerelle and social life, but also some beautiful treks that have nothing to envy to the most famous Sorrento itineraries. Above all there is the Path of the Bourbon Forts, a beautiful walk that runs along a part of Anacapri. The stages of the tour are the Fortino del Pino, the Fortino di Mezzo and the Fortino Orrico, structures built between the ninth and fifteenth centuries, made famous however only at the beginning of the 1800s during the Neapolitan reign of Gioacchino Murat since they were the protagonists of a famous battle between French and English.
I recommend everyone to take this suggestive trek that will allow you to show Capri from another point of view.

Reasons to take this walk: the wild nature, the beautiful views from the cliffs - breathtaking at some points - and the only way to experience the bays Cala Del Serpe and Cala Del Rio from land. Also, if you are looking for a getaway from tourists, this is it. Practical info: bring good shoes, water, snacks, sunscreen, avoid the warmest hours, don't forget your camera. Start from the bus stop before the lighthouse Il Faro and walk towards the Blue Grotto rather than the other way around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view! Worth to walk! There are buses to visit the area but there is a unique experience by walking! The capri iland must be visited by foot! It is a lot to walk but is worth it! The best views are not to be seen from the buss!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best walk we had here. Start at the Grotto azure and walk to the lighthouse. Just fantastic also with kids. Good shoes are recommended but no necessary. Don’t forget water!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hike along the sea which took us about 2 hours. We started at Grotta Azzura and hiked to Faro to enjoy the sunset and beach in the evening.
You will need good shoes, enough water and a hat (it got quite hot during the afternoon). We stopped in the middle of the hike at a small and hidden but very beautiful quiet place to jump into the sea. It was a bit challenging to get into the sea because of the rocks and waves but worth it.
Definitely a great hike to explore the island, being active and enjoy the evening with sunset at the lighthouse.
