★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bell'escusrione anche se pensavo un filo più facile. Sono abituato ad andare in montagna. Da fare almeno una volta ma con attrezzatura giusta. Quindi niente scarpe e tennis o sandali. È tutta un single track in costa alla montagna. Se avete i bastoncini portateli. Non sono indispensabili ma il alcuni punti con roccioni faranno comodo. Ripeto sono 2 ore di camminata importante, non è da turista da spiaggia che p"er cambiare" una giornata fa questo percorso. Li consiglio la camminata levanto Bonassola Framura nella exgalleria ferroviaria, in piano, al fresco. Consiglio partenza Levanto arrivo Monterosso, perché il percorso inverso presenta una salita durissima da Monterosso!
 Nice excusrione even if I thought a little easier. I'm used to going to the mountains. To be done at least once but with the right equipment. So no shoes and tennis or sandals. It's all a single track from the coast to the mountains. If you have sticks, bring them. They are not essential but the some points with rocks will be convenient. I repeat it is an important 2 hour walk, it is not as a beach tourist that p "or change" a day ago this path. I recommend the Levanto Bonassola Framura walk in the former railway tunnel, flat, in the cool. I recommend starting Levanto arrival Monterosso, because the reverse route presents a very hard climb from Monterosso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo sentiero con scorci panoramici sul mare splendidi . Non particolarmente impegnativo, anche se sono consigliate scarpe da trekking, tuttavia è abbastanza lungo e appagante per chi vuole fare una bella escursione.
Beautiful path with splendid panoramic views of the sea. Not particularly demanding, although trekking shoes are recommended, however it is long enough and satisfying for those who want to take a nice hike.

Le sentier plutôt bien entretenu borde la mer tout le long et offre des paysages magnifiques.

The fairly well-maintained trail borders the sea all along and offers magnificent landscapes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sentiero molto bello con dei panorami stupendi.
Consiglio di mettere delle scarpe da trekking. Acqua conviene portarla perché gran parte del percorso è sotto il sole e non ci sono fontane.
Come percorso è abbastanza impegnativo, specie per chi non è allenato. Ci sono dei passaggi un po' stretti, basta farli con la testa sulle spalle e non sono pericolosi.
Very nice trail with great views.
I recommend wearing hiking shoes. Water should be brought because most of the route is under the sun and there are no fountains.
As a route it is quite challenging, especially for those who are not trained. There are some narrow passages, just do them with your head on your shoulders and they are not dangerous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très beau sentier de randonnée et gratuit. Préférez un départ de Livorno en direction de monterosso, la montée est plus facile (paraît-il). Comptez entre 1h40 pour les plus rapides et 2h30 avec une marche plus contemplative du paysage. Vu sur mer tout du long et bonne partie à l’ombre.
Very nice and free hiking trail. Prefer a departure from Livorno in the direction of monterosso, the climb is easier (it seems). Count between 1h40 for the fastest and 2h30 with a more contemplative walk of the landscape. Seen on the sea all along and a good part in the shade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupendi panorami marini, molto piacevoli da ammirare. In questo periodo fioriture di mimose e acetoselle.
Per me è stato un percorso un po' faticoso, alcuni tratti sono un po' impervi.
Comunque ne vale la pena, consigliatissimo
Stunning marine views, very pleasant to admire. In this period mimosas and sorrel blooms.
For me it was a bit tiring, some sections are a bit difficult.
Still worth it, highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Percorso bellissimo, anche se abbastanza impegnativo. Consigliato avere un buon abbigliamento (scarpe da trekking e bastoncini) perché alcuni tratti sono difficoltosi.
Non è richiesto molto allenamento, ma bisogna essere abituati ai sentieri di montagna e avere un passo deciso.
Panorami bellissimi e super tranquillo poiché poco praticato (ho incontrato tre persone nelle due ore e trenta di Cammino). Super consigliato!
Beautiful route, even if quite demanding. It is recommended to have good clothing (trekking shoes and poles) because some sections are difficult.
Not much training is required, but you need to be used to mountain trails and have a firm pace.
Beautiful views and super quiet as it is not practiced (I met three people in the two and a half hours of the Way). Super recommended!
