★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merce arrivata velocemente ma difettata (CON LINEE SULLA STAMPA), ho chiesto la ristampa e mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto rimandare la merce indietro a mie spese, una cosa del genere è assolutamente inaccettabile.
Nessuno sito online chiede il reso a spese del cliente, a parte loro.. per di più personale scortese al telefono.
Goods arrived quickly but defective (WITH LINES ON THE PRINT), I asked for a reprint and was told that I would have to send the goods back at my expense, such a thing is absolutely unacceptable.
No online site asks for a return at the customer's expense, apart from them .. plus rude staff on the phone.
