I prodotti, anche quelli più cari, sono messi a disposizione per la prova. Il personale è disponibile e pronto a consigliare . Sicuramente un buon servizio. Unica pecca è che nonostante abbiano i cassetti colmi di campioni omaggio, non sempre si prestano a darli. Nei miei acquisti li ho sempre dovuti chiedere e molte volte mi sentivo dire che non ne avevano. Dovrebbero cambiare questo brutto vizio. I campioni omaggio vanno dati a chi effettua acquisti, serve a far conoscere quel prodotto, oltre che a "coccolare" il cliente dopo un acquisto. Tutte le profumerie regalano dei provini all'acquisto dei profumi, le commesse di sensation di Cantanzaro Centro Commerciale le Fontane invece guardano sotto il bancone e fanno finta di non averne, rispondendo anche in modo sgarbato (eh già da più di 10 anni che mi trovo nella stessa situazione). Ogni volta che faccio degli acquisti da loro torno a casa molto irritata. Consiglierei al responsabile di controllare meglio il lavoro dei propri dipendenti, inoltre consiglierei di controllare le commesse in quanto penso che i provini le prendano loro data la mancanza di tali ogni volta che acquisto. Il tutto crolla nel momento in cui si ha a che fare con le commesse, prive di educazione senza avere la minima concezione di come vada trattato un cliente. Una situazione che perdura da anni e che ancora non è stata risolta. Giusto qualche esempio capitato negli anni: chiedo un fondotinta di Lancome di qualche anno fa, mi viene detto che è fuori produzione, peccato che a casa trovo il fondotinta online proprio sul sito di Sensation. Altro esempio: dopo aver aspettato diversi minuti una commessa che, piuttosto che servire i clienti, preferiva chiacchierare con un'amica, mi avvicino e chiedo gentilmente un consiglio, ma non avviene alcuna risposta, vengo semplicemente guardato e le due si allontanano. Per non parlare del fatto che non venga mai fornito un campione o un oggetto o uno sconto in seguito ad un acquisto, anche se quest'ultimo è di centinaia di euro. Dalla mia posso dire che non verrò MAI PIU' in questo negozio, e mi pento di aver comprato qualche articolo negli anni. Shop stocked ok without excelling.
