Le coppiette a crostino lungo, sono super e mantengono la loro fragranza per molti giorni, anche se sono molto delicate e si spezzano molto facilmente, problema da tenere presente se le vogliamo regalare ad amici o parenti, portandole in viaggio. In molti vengono da Ferrara e zone limitrofe, per acquistare i prodotti di questo forno, io compreso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi si trova il miglior pane ferrarese, copie friabili e come appena sfornate anche dopo qualche giorno. I gestori sono persone molto disponibili; oltre all'ottimo pane vale la pena di assaggiare anche i loro dolci, i bomboloni alla crema sono favolosi.
