E	Elena Menegatti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza di vario tempo fa ma viste le recensioni anche la mia merita di essere raccontata. Camera da letto arrivata con un mese e mezzo di ritardo. Trovano scuse ma vedo dalle recensioni che è la norma! Quando finalmente arriva mi dicono che la consegnano martedì è io prenoto il trasloco per il giorno seguente (mercoled) e il montatore mobili mi fa la sorpresa di telefonarmi dicendo dovevano rimandare. Gli chiedo la cortesia di non rimandare perché avendo già prenotato il trasloco poi non avrei saputo come fare. Mi tratta malissimo e mi attacca il telefono in faccia. Vado in negozio e riferisco. Loro se ne fregano dicendo che i montatori sono una ditta esterna. Chissenefrega! Dovete tutelare voi i vostri clienti. Questa è incompetenza. Mi fanno parlare col montatore che fa affermazioni poco carine sulle donne e aggiunge che in quanto donna non posso rivolgermi a lui così. Caro mio in Italia le donne non chinano la testa impaurite, adeguati!! Quando è arrivato mio padre il montatore si è calmato e ha effettuato la consegna quando doveva. S	Stefano Chinaglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritardo della consegna e gestione pessima con la clientela, ordinato mobile in data 12/10 e consegna prevista in data 14/12 ad oggi ancora non mi danno una data di consegna (avendomi garantito al momento dell'acquisto consegna sicura prima delle festività natalizie). Ogni volta che passo in negozio e chiedo di un responsabile mi viene detto che questo non c'è, che oggi non viene, che non sanno quando arrivi. Ho chiamato con tutta calma il montatore,di cui avevo il numero datomi dall'azienda, mi ha trattata malissimo, urlando e sbattendomi giù il telefono.La vostra disonestà spero venga ripagata con il fallimento! Non è bello. Avrei intenzione di cambiare cucina, ma dopo i commenti fate dalla progettista, insomma andrei altrove. C	Chiara Luciani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera a tutti, Semeraro ha dei bei prodotti indubbiamente! Tuttavia ha un servizio post vendita scadente. A fine giugno inizio luglio 2021 abbiamo comprato tutti i mobili per la nostra nuova casa c/o Semeraro di Pontelagoscuro (Fe). I mobili dovevano arrivare a fine settembre 2021 e sono arrivati con un mese di ritardo. Non solo, la parete attrezzata del salotto di veneta cucina ordinata è arrivata sbagliata e per averla corretta abbiamo dovuto attendere fino a gennaio 2022. La cucina invece è arrivata incompleta perché mancava la cantinetta. Cantinetta che è arrivata all’incirca 2-3 settimane fa (quindi fine febbraio inizio marzo 2022) di una dimensione sbagliata 30 cm in meno rispetto a quella ordinata (e le misure a casa le è venute a prendere il venditore stesso). Ovviamente affinché Semeraro ti consegni la merce devi pagare e di fatti la cantinetta della dimensione corretta è stata pagata. Avendo perso la pazienza un po’ tutti (dopo la consegna errata) il venditore di Semeraro ci suggerisce di arrangiarci a trovarcene una e così facciamo. Oggi ci informiamo per capire perché non ci hanno ancora restituito i soldi e la risposta è stata che ci stanno pensando. Ma pensando a cosa? Questa la nostra triste esperienza! Col senno di poi io ci penserei se andarli a trovare in negozio! Good evening everyone, Semeraro has some beautiful products undoubtedly! However it has poor after sales service. The furniture was supposed to arrive in late September 2021 and arrived a month late. Not only that, the equipped wall of the living room of the Venetian kitchen was ordered wrong and we had to wait until January 2022 to have it corrected. The kitchen, on the other hand, arrived incomplete because the cellar was missing. Cellar that arrived approximately 2-3 weeks ago (i.e. end of February beginning of March 2022) of the wrong size 30 cm less than the one ordered (and the measurements at home came to her from the seller himself). Obviously in order for Semeraro to deliver the goods you have to pay and in fact the cellar of the correct size has been paid for. Having all lost patience a bit (after the wrong delivery), the Semeraro salesman suggests we make do with finding one and so we do. Today we are inquiring to understand why they have not yet returned our money and the answer was that they are thinking about it. But thinking about what? This is our sad experience! In hindsight I would think about it if I visit them in the store!

Ad inizio Aprile non rendono noti ritardi di produzione e consegna, intanto si sono intascati serenamente 16k pagati anticipatamente. Complimenti. Purchased in December a kitchen, a wardrobe, an equipped wall and a cupboard. Tanta scelta e qualche articolo anche bello, i prezzi sono abbastanza alti e il personale abbastanza latitante. Forse perché avevano appena aperto ma non ho avuto la sensazione del cliente al centro dell'attenzione. Apart from the fact that they opened a quarter of an hour late which is extremely annoying.
