★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The moment we sat at the table the waiter warned us "no pizza, no pasta, only carne". We were a bit dissapointed but really hungry so we stayed.
And then we tried the meat. It was glorious. The chicken polpette (meatballs) were freshly grilled and perfectly seasoned. The tagliata was juicy and tender and you could just taste it was quality meat.
They may not have pizza, pasta and they may forget to bring you a salad (yes, they did), but make no mistake: they know their carne.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to try horse meat dishes, which are very traditional in Puglia, but they are hard to find now. It could be due to the length of time it takes to cook it, so it's not commercially viable. Grandma's would still take time to make it for big family gatherings on special occasions, so I was told.
Anyway, someone suggested I try this place, but they haven't had it for a long time now.
At any rate, the place was packed with the locals on a Sunday night, so itmust be good. They don't seem to have a menu, but there was someone who spoke English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing steak house. Booking is required to eat relaxed. We went around 7:50 without booking and they let us sit but we had to be done and leave by around 8:40. The service is quick so this wasn't a problem. I recommend this place ?
