★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi fornitori, ignorano le richieste di attivazione inviate da enel dicendo di non aver ricevuto alcuna richiesta, anche se i documenti che posseggo dicono il contrario. L'unica risposta ricevuta da loro è stata: "poteva fare un contratto con noi". Qui gatta ci cova... Non oso immaginare i clienti che hanno fatto un contratto direttamente con loro in che modo siano tutelati. P.s. sono 15 giorni che attendo la fornitura elettrica.
Consiglio spassionato: se avete intenzione di attivare una fornitura a Morbegno, fatelo con largo anticipo rispetto al giorno che avete scelto per entrare nella vostra nuova abitazione.
Bad suppliers, they ignore the activation requests sent by enel saying they have not received any requests, even if the documents I have say the opposite. The only response they received was: "he could do a contract with us". Here cat hatches us ... I dare not imagine the customers who have signed a contract directly with them in what way they are protected. P.s. I have been waiting for the electricity supply for 15 days.
Dispassionate advice: if you intend to activate a supply in Morbegno, do it well in advance of the day you have chosen to enter your new home.
