R	Rossella Cristella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atmosfera romantica, il posto meno, tutto fermo agli anni '80, camera accogliente ma non pulita (coperte sporche di giallo), cena da evitare e colazione molto scarsa. Non saprei se tornarci. Il posto ad ogni modo è fantastico! Romantic atmosphere, the place less, everything stopped in the 80s, cozy but not clean room (yellow-covered blankets), dinner to avoid and very poor breakfast. I wouldn't know whether to go back there. The place is fantastic anyway!

Pulizia ottima! The structure is very welcoming, the owner makes you feel like you are at home. The restaurant offers typical and delicious mountain dishes. Excellent cleaning!

E quando si va sulla neve bisogna portarsi le catene così da non rimanere intrappolati e dare colpa alla struttura. Camere piccole (con minuscole finestre nel sottotetto) scomode e pericolose, bagni sporchi, letti scomodissimi con le reti sfondate, fili elettrici scoperti vicino ai comodini, cibo mediocre, personale poco professionale e, in caso di neve rischiate di lasciare l'auto lungo la strada ed essere costretti a salire a piedi con i bagagli perché il proprietario non pulisce dal ghiaccio e dalla neve il vialetto in estrema pendenza che porta all'hotel. Inoltre, il segnale Wifi e televisivo sono deboli e, addirittura, assenti in caso di maltempo. Se non volete rovinare la vostra vacanza in montagna e sulla neve, scegliete altro. Gli 80 euro chiesti per un pernottamento sono incredibilmente eccessivi per questo hotel che sembra un motel piuttosto che uno chalet come pubblicizzato. Very bad! Small rooms (with tiny windows in the attic) uncomfortable and dangerous, dirty bathrooms, uncomfortable beds with broken-down networks, uncovered electric wires near the bedside tables, mediocre food, unprofessional staff and, in case of snow, you risk leaving your car along the road and be forced to walk up with luggage because the owner does not clean the steep slope of the path leading to the hotel from ice and snow. In addition, the Wifi and TV signals are weak and even absent in bad weather. If you don't want to ruin your mountain and snow vacation, choose more. The 80 euros requested for an overnight stay are incredibly excessive for this hotel which looks like a motel rather than a chalet as advertised.
M	Massimo Tamarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel accogliente, con un bellissimo camino al centro del bar al piano terra. Calore molto avvolgente nelle stanze e nelle aree comuni, ristorante e bar. Ottima l'accoglienza la gentilezza del proprietario e anche dei camerirca. Il menu turistico è stato ottimo, un buon antipasto con prodotti del posto. Oltre al pane ci hanno servito uno squisito panpizza appena sfornato. Due scelte tra i primi, uno elaborato e uno molto semplice che ha accontentato sia noi adulti che la mia bambina. Tre scelta tra i secondi e due contorni a scelta. Non siamo arrivati al dolce, per via delle porzioni abbondanti. La colazione era al buffet, con caffè cappuccino, latte o altro a scelta dal bar. Da segnalare anche la disponibilità del proprietario, a trovarci una sistemazione in una matrimoniale nonostante eravamo due adulti e due bambine. Grazie e complimenti per la per la gestione. Cozy hotel, with a beautiful fireplace in the center of the bar on the ground floor. Very enveloping heat in the rooms and common areas, restaurant and bar. Excellent hospitality the kindness of the owner and also of the camerirca. The tourist menu was great, a good appetizer with local products. In addition to the bread, they served us a delicious freshly baked panpizza. Two choices among the first, one elaborate and one very simple that has satisfied both us adults and my child. Three choices between the second and two side dishes of your choice. We did not arrive at dessert, due to the large portions. Breakfast was at the buffet, with cappuccino coffee, milk or other choice from the bar. To signal also the availability of the owner, to find us an accommodation in a double despite we were two adults and two girls. Thanks and congratulations for the management.

Ristorante sempre aperto per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Belle camere pulite e confortevoli, molte con balcone con veduta sul bosco circostante. Personale gentile e disponibile. Da consigliare per passare alcuni giorni all'insegna del relax, sport, camminate e buon cibo. Vicino a Potenza (12km) raggiunto anche da mezzi pubblici (ferrorive appulo lucane, servizio bus da Pignola) Very suggestive, beautiful alpine hotel with extensive use of wood which makes the environment particularly warm and welcoming. Restaurant always open for hotel guests. Nice clean and comfortable rooms, many with balconies overlooking the surrounding forest. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended for a few days of relaxation, sports, walks and good food. Near Potenza (12km) also reached by public transport (ferrorive appulo lucane, bus service from Pignola)

Camere confortevoli, con balcone che dà direttamente sul verde. La cura diretta del proprietario Gabriele, attento e ospitale (chiedetegli i peperoni cruschi, ma non la sua ricetta). Pernottamento con mezza pensione indimenticabili, era il compleanno di mia figlia e lo hanno festeggiato come se si trattasse di una loro nipote. Torneremo senz'altro (magari con la neve). Comfortable rooms with a balcony overlooking the greenery. The direct care of the owner Gabriele, attentive and hospitable (ask him for the cruschi peppers, but not his recipe). Unforgettable overnight stay with half board, it was my daughter's birthday and they celebrated it as if it were their granddaughter. We will definitely come back (maybe with snow).
