Sono trascorsi 10 giorni e ancora niente. In più la spiegazione è che è colpa mia perché ho cliccato troppe volte nell'oro!??!!! Io l'ho solo fornito verbalmente all'operatore che me lo ha chiesto. Immaginiamo il disagio! ..manca solo che mi passino le altre rate prima della restituzione delle 3 anticipate così avrò pagato il doppio di quello che ho speso!

Nel sistema, sebbene il negoziante abbia inserito tutti i dati necessari, mi è arrivata una comunicazione tramite e-mail che l’IBAN non era stata inserita correttamente. Nonostante poi, io abbia chiamato al numero verde è parlato con un operatore e successivamente inviato tutti i dati richiesti corredati da documenti personali, il secondo cellulare l’ho dovuto pagare senza poter usufruire del servizio. Chiamo il servizio clienti che mi risponde la pratica non essere nelle loro mani ma in quelle di un “contatto” che sta lavorando la pratica. Questo contatto è IRRINTRACCIABILE poiché non ha un numero per i servizio clienti. Ho perso un sacco di tempo, non ho risolto niente. Disastroso sotto tutti gli aspetti : tempistiche, servizio, chiarezza. Metto 1 stella perché almeno dal servizio clienti sono gentili anche se non risolvono niente . Funding requested and data sent.
