Se accidentalmente sbagli qualcosa paghi senza alcun rimborso e se malauguratamente ti lamenti ti invitano a nn ritornare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La lavanderia è decisamente migliorata rispetto all'ultima volta che ci sono stato, sia dal punto di vista dell'igiene dell'ambiente che dal punto di vista della cortesia. Infatti, la ragazza presente in lavanderia, si occupa dei clienti, consigliandoli e anche aiutandoli nella piegatura dei piumoni e delle coperte. Consigliata!
The laundry room has definitely improved since the last time I was there, both from the point of view of environmental hygiene and from the point of view of courtesy.
