N	Nicola P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE ai prezzi esposti, sono spesso più bassi di quanto vi fanno pagare alla cassa. La prima volta ho giustificato, un errore può capitare. La seconda ho giustificato ancora, mi son detto è stata una coincidenza (anche se c'è chi non crede alle coincidenze). La terza volta ho dedotto che potrebbe essere un loro sistema di vendita... non mi vedranno mai più. Inoltre gli scaffali sono spesso sguarniti e manca di assortimento, spesso non trovo neanche le cose più banali. Prefererisco fare qualche km in più e servirmi in un brico dove i prezzi esposti sono quelli che effettivamente pago alla cassa. The third time I deduced that it could be their sales system ... they will never see me again. I prefer to do a few more miles and serve myself in a brico where the prices displayed are the ones I actually pay at the checkout.
D	Dario Latagliata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio ben fornito e gli addetti vendita molto attenti a risolvere il problema….in cassa ti accolgono con un sorriso e sono una meglio dell’altra…..ci vado quasi tutti i giorni. Consiglio a tutti ? A well-stocked shop and the sales staff who are very careful to solve the problem .... at the cashier they welcome you with a smile and they are one better than the other ... .. I go there almost every day. I recommend to everyone ?
J	JJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potessi dare zero lo darei, non comprerò mai più per la casa da loro, una tinta per piastrelle pagata una fortuna €60, una lattina, aveva L aggrappante dentro (una bustina) secco, per non dire dei dipendenti NESSUNO DICO NESSUNO sapeva dell esistenza di una vernice per piastrelle, il tipo del reparto non ha saputo rispondere a mezza domanda sul prodotto e devo ringraziare che c era mia figlia con me che ha praticamente letto le caratteristiche SE NO MI VENDEVANO IL PRODOTTO SBAGLIATO. Incompetenti al massimo.. ho buttato 60€ (perché non trovavo più lo scontrino) ma non mi vedono più … If I could give zero I would give it, I will never buy from them for the house again, a tile paint paid a fortune € 60, a can, it had L clinging inside (a sachet) dry, not to mention the employees NOBODY SAY NOBODY knew of the existence of a tile paint, the guy in the department could not answer half a question about the product and I have to thank that my daughter was with me who practically read the features IF NO THEY SELL ME THE WRONG PRODUCT. Incompetent at most .. I threw away € 60 (because I could no longer find the receipt) but they no longer see me ...

Un mese fa sono dovuto andare al SELF di Carmagnola, in quanto avevano a disposizione un SET da Terrazzo (Penelope) che ho acquistato. Il massimo voto l’ho assegnato in quanto, sia al telefono che in negozio ho trovato cortesia e disponibilità nella soluzione di ogni richiesta. Dopo aver montato il SET riscontrando un problema, ho contattato via e-mail il negozio. Il giorno stesso la gent.ma dr.ssa Elisa e successivamente la direttrice dr.ssa Elia, mi hanno risposto tranquillizzandomi che avrebbero fatto di tutto per avere i pezzi di ricambio, che puntualmente ho ricevuto, facendomeli recapitare oltretutto direttamente al SELF di Torino vicino alla mia abitazione. Alla fine, che dire, la gentilezza e la cortesia del Personale del SELF hanno fatto la differenza, sono soddisfatto e felice di stare sul SET nel mio terrazzo, da dove sto scrivendo. GRAZIE!!!
