★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio adorabile. Entrate e lasciatevi tentare. Si trova in un piccolo paese vicino a Piacenza ma vale sempre la pena entrarci, si trova sempre qualcosa di bello.
Lovely shop. Come in and let yourself be tempted. It is located in a small town near Piacenza but it is always worth going into it, there is always something beautiful.

Qualità buona ma la commessa o padrona direi poco educata non ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio da subito ... poco delicata e direi un po nervosetta, non potevamo nemmeno guardarci intorno, forse aveva fretta .... Battutine poco felici...stizzita quando siamo uscite senza comprare... Ma forse non ha capito che accolti in quel modo non avremmo mai comprato nulla .... Peccato !!!! solitamente compriamo molto volentieri!!!! Nessun problema di negozi ce ne sono tanti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 10 minuti fuori al freddo in attesa che uscissero i clienti, sono entrata, ho chiesto se avessero un articolo, la commessa ha risposto di no, ma di averne altri simili. Le ho detto che poteva servire il cliente successivo e che avrei dato un’occhiata. Dopo pochi minuti mi ha chiesto con tono nervoso cosa volessi vedere. Ho risposto che stavo guardando e nel caso avrei chiesto. Ha risposto infastidita ‘Si, pero’ vediamo di darci una mossa’. Ho salutato, uscendo e dicendole che l’avrei lasciata ai suoi preziosi clienti. Sono rimasta basita dalla maleducazione, poca professionalità e aggiungerei poca lungimiranza. Evidentemente il negozio non necessita clienti. Sicuramente non tornerò più, preferisco premiare chi ancora ha cura della clientela, anche quella potenziale alla quale ci si rivolge con professionalità e gentilezza.

I said goodbye, going out and telling her that I would leave her to her precious customers. I was appalled by the rudeness, lack of professionalism and I would add little foresight. Evidently the shop does not need customers. I will certainly never come back, I prefer to reward those who still care for customers, even the potential one to whom one turns with professionalism and kindness.
