Lo spazio fuori è il fiore all'occhiello. C'è la possibilità di organizzare un barbecue con gli amici e di usufruire della piscina anche di notte. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. For those who want to spend their holiday in total tranquility, Selenite is the ideal place. The little house we stayed in was clean and equipped. The space outside is the flagship. There is the possibility to organize a barbecue with friends and to use the swimming pool even at night. We will definitely be back.

Con doppio letto matrimoniale..cosi anche i bimbi hanno dormito felici nel loro! Nel frigo succo, latte e acqua freschi ci aspettano per la colazione! La signora è molto gentile e disponibile.. Abbiamo fatto ritardo con la nave e ci ha aspettato nonostante fosse piuttosto tardi! Ci torneremo! Spectacular apartment !!!!!! Very clean, just renovated .. new details, dry nice and soft, like at home !!! With double bed .. so even the children slept happily in theirs! Fresh juice, milk and water await us for breakfast in the fridge! The lady is very nice and helpful .. We were late with the ship and she waited for us even though it was quite late! We will be back!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera "Lapislazzuli" e avevamo qualche perplessità dovuta al fatto che la stanza è all'ultimo piano sotto il tetto spiovente ma con grande sorpresa, pur avendo soggiornato a luglio, la temperatura interna non ha mai raggiunto temperature elevate, probabilmente per un'ottima coibentazione. Il tetto è dotato di pannelli fotovoltaici, segno di grande attenzione per le politiche ambientali. Stanza dotata di climatizzazione individuale a pavimento, di macchina per il caffè e asciugacapelli. Parcheggio esterno riservato a ogni camera. Adatto per famiglie con bambini. Particolarmente apprezzata la pulizia e l'attenzione del personale. Ci torneremo. Excellent residence with swimming pool, quiet and clean. We stayed in the "Lapis Lazuli" room and we had some perplexity due to the fact that the room is on the top floor under the sloping roof but with great surprise, despite having stayed in July, the internal temperature never reached high temperatures, probably for a excellent insulation. The roof is equipped with photovoltaic panels, a sign of great attention to environmental policies. Room equipped with individual underfloor air conditioning, coffee maker and hairdryer. Outdoor parking reserved for each room. Suitable for families with children. Particularly appreciated the cleanliness and attention of the staff. We will be back.

La struttura è posizionata male, lontano dal centro, dal mare e comunque in un contesto di periferia urbana. Difficile da raggiungere. Quiet location surrounded by lemontrees on the countryside, beautiful new villa with grandiose and modern appartaments. Amazing mediterran garden with a giant swimming pool and jacuzzi. The lovely owner takes very good care of her guests, fulfills all the wishes and keeps the place very very clean. We will return!

We travelled to Sicily by train so only draw back for this accommodation is that it is out off Capo D'Orlando town & the bus service & taxi are not brilliant. However the calm of the place made up for it.
