Completely new building - large gondolas with plenty of space. No waiting times like in the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal unfreundlich, sie lassen Kunden einfach stehen, und die Bahn macht eine Mittagspause von 12.15 -13.15 Uhr das geht gar nicht.
Unfriendly staff, they just leave customers behind, and the train takes a lunch break from 12.15 to 1.15 p.m. that doesn't work at all.

Great, brand new and ultra-modern cable car. Friendly staff. A star deduction for “cash only” and an old-fashioned ticket system. Guys, that doesn't work at all !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Seilbahn. Doch kein EC Kartenzahlung möglich. Zudem muss man oben für viele Ziele noch einen Sessellift nehmen und für eine kleine Familie 2+2 waren wir am Ende fast 80 Euro für die Fahrten los. Das ist schon sehr happig.
Good cable car. But no EC card payment is possible. In addition, you have to take a chairlift up for many destinations and for a small family 2 + 2 we ended up paying almost 80 euros for the rides. That is very steep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorab schöne moderne Seilbahn und top Wandergebiet aber der Rest....keine Kartenzahlung im 21. Jahrhundert, absolut unfreundliches Personal, keine digitalen Fahrkartenleser(hat sogar der alte Sessellift), es wird bei Ankunft der Kabine lieber stundenlang mit Papierzetteln hantiert, sowie keine Zwischenfahrten wie auf der Hompage angekündigt. Schade und nie wieder...
First of all, a beautiful modern cable car and top hiking area, but the rest ... no card payment in the 21st century, absolutely unfriendly staff, no digital ticket readers (even the old chairlift has), when the cabin arrives, paper slips of paper are preferred to be handled for hours, as well as none Intermediate trips as announced on the website. It's a shame and never again ...
