The management is not the best of kindness but for the assortment of brands and everything is fine, the competition is just around the corner so you can see the prices well and compare them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ inzialmente gentilissimi per un cambio cinturino ma, appena ritiro l'orologio mi rendo conto che ha un problema (non causato da loro) per cui lo riporto. Prima di tutto avrebbero dovuto controllare che l'orologio funzionasse prima di ridarmelo ma, a parte questo, dopo una settimana mi dicono di ritirarlo perchè funzionante. Lo ritiro e pago la batteria nuova (poichè secondo loro il problema era quello) per poi scoprire che non era cambiato nulla se non aver inutilmente speso i soldi della batteria! Gli mando un messaggio per far loro presente che non avevo parole e loro, invece di approcciare un minimo di scuse, mi liquidano fregandosene altamente.
initially very kind for a strap change but, as soon as I withdraw the watch I realize that it has a problem (not caused by them) so I bring it back. First of all they should have checked that the watch was working before giving it back to me but, apart from that, after a week they tell me to withdraw it because it is working. I pick it up and pay for the new battery (as they think it was the problem) and then find out that nothing had changed except having spent the battery money unnecessarily! I send him a message to let them know that I had no words and instead of approaching a minimum of apologies, they dismiss me with a high scrub.
