★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono alle mail o al telefono. Se uno vive all'estero e non ha i codici di accesso allo sportello online, dovrebbe delegare qualcuno per andare a ritirare un prezzo di carta allo sportello... medioevali. Da rimpiazzare con un'AI; sarebbe più umana e intelligente!
They don't respond to emails or the phone. If one lives abroad and does not have access codes to the online counter, he should delegate someone to go and collect a card price at the counter ... medieval. To be replaced with an AI; it would be more human and intelligent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio vergognoso. Non rispondono mai e se lo fanno sembra che ti facciano il piacere più grande della tua vita. Inoltre sono talmente ignoranti e disorganizzati che, nel mio caso mi hanno costretta a pagare le tasse sbagliate minacciando di non convalidarmi gli esami. Ora mi trovo costretta a fare la domanda per il rimborso ma comunque mi verrà detratta una cifra per la marca da bollo. Vorrei il numero della signora(un genio incompreso) che mi ha chiamata due volte addirittura per il risarcimento. Chi sbaglia paga..ma non se è in Italia e dipendente statale!! Nel 2021 questa università non offre ancora un servizio decente.. però i soldi delle tasse ve li pappate tutti!! PESSIMI
Disgraceful service. They never respond and if they do, they seem to give you the greatest pleasure of your life. They are also so ignorant and disorganized that, in my case, they forced me to pay the wrong taxes by threatening not to pass my exams. Now I find myself forced to apply for a refund but in any case a sum will be deducted for the revenue stamp. I would like the number of the lady (a misunderstood genius) who even called me twice for compensation. Those who make mistakes pay .. but not if they are in Italy and a state employee !! In 2021 this university still does not offer a decent service .. but the tax money you eat them all! BAD
