Siamo entrati per due resi. Ci viene detta una cifra da poter spendere, poi ce ne viene detta un'altra, quasi prendendosela con noi. Non è stato bello. Avreste dovuto prendervi la responsabilità e scusarvi.
Poi c'è stato il momento del caffè...
Anche se il cliente viene a fare un reso, non è bello dare fretta perché "ti aspettiamo per prendere il caffè ".. siamo a casa vostra ed entriamo in punta di piedi, ma abbiate anche la correttezza di trattare decentemente tutti e di ricambiare il rispetto che vi si viene dato.
Ricordo anche che basterebbe fare il proprio lavoro con un sorriso, una gentilezza in più, per far ritornare il cliente, ma così facendo, di sicuro , noi non ritorneremo.

We went in for two returns. We are told a figure to be able to spend, then we are told another, almost taking it out on us. It wasn't nice. You should have taken responsibility and apologized.
Then there was coffee time ...
Even if the customer comes to make a return, it is not nice to hurry because "we are waiting for you to have coffee" .. we are at your home and we enter on tiptoe, but also have the correctness to treat everyone decently and to reciprocate the respect that is given to you.
I also remember that it would be enough to do your job with a smile, an extra kindness, to make the customer come back, but in doing so, for sure, we will not return.
