I	Ipazia.21 Nard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricordo la Nonna: macinava quei Chicchi in un macinino di Legno col cassettino, avendo accanto una BIALETTI segnata dai numerosi passaggi della paglietta ke la rendevano luccicante, pronta sul Vassoio ad accogliere quel "liquido Nero" ODOROSO, FUMANTE e tu ke riskiavi tutte le volte di ustionare le labbra per la fretta di sorseggiarlo.! Ma il Caffè noi lo adoravano, una Medicina x accendersi il Cuore, un RITO, una MAGIA presente SEMPRE nella ns VITA. Nonna abituo' noi Bimbe a non farne a meno. Ed è tutt'ora il mio 1° compagno del mattino, del Pomeriggio, a volte anke alla Sera..e dormo beata. Adoro ancora il Bru..Bru..e il sapore intenso nel palato ed una sensazione istantanea di Benessere se percepivo un "ECO" di un Mal di testa in arrivo. Il mio È un INNO al Caffe' scelto SEGAFREDO, FILICORI o ILLY, 14 Luglio, ecc.SOLO in GRANI e Arabica, da passare al Macinino. Ma ⚠️: da "Maestro" vi dico: NO RIDOTTO IN POLVERE! Togliereste L'ANIMA del CAFFÈ. Aprendo il Cassattino dovreste vedere mille frammenti LUCCICANTI: la conferma di STOP alla macinatura. Quella è la visione della "PELLE" lucida del Chicco triturato! Continuando a macinare diverrebbe POLVERE e l'anima del Caffe' persa, arida. Gli ITALIANI IN PRIMA PERSONA stanno DISTRUGGENDO 1 altro FIORE ALL'OCCHIELLO DELL'ITALIA!! Mi rivolgo a NUOVE GENERAZIONI ke forti di una CULTURA, conquistata con i viaggi in USA, dovrebbero IMMEDIAT. Come DISTRUGGERE qs RITO ke ci emoziona sostituendolo con l'approccio ad un'apparekkiatura fissa e tanti STAMPINI MULTIGUSTO (??) da sorseggiare e poi lasciare montagne di rifiuti da riciclare??! SALVIAMO anke qst UNICITA' che ci identifica in TUTTO il Mondo. Gia' le altre Nazioni ke ci INVIDIANO ci PENSANO. MA è da sciocchi farlo noi.
