They delivered a set of sofas with missing feet and from the moment of delivery they no longer responded to emails, messages, calls.

Mi mancano ancora 2 pezzi concordati in fattura che ancora devono essere scaricati e parliamo di un ordine di 6mesi fa e fino a pontelatone non vado altrimenti se ci vado e per una buona causa non per trattare con loro. I just tell you one thing. I still need 2 pieces agreed in the invoice that still have to be downloaded and we are talking about an order of 6 months ago and until pontelatone I will not go otherwise if I go there and for a good cause not to deal with them.

Non ricevendo la merce ho chiesto notizie e mi è stato detto che il giorno dopo mi sarebbe stato fornito un numero di spedizione, dopodiché si sono resi irraggiungibili, per dirmi poi che la merce era tornata indietro (?) e che sarebbe stata rispedita a breve, ma non ho più ricevuto ALCUNA risposta ai miei messaggi e alle mie chiamate è stato chiuso il telefono in faccia. Ora, a distanza di quasi un mese e mezzo, dopo numerose email e alla minaccia di una denuncia, ho finalmente riavuto il rimborso dei miei soldi. MISUSES contacted through the facebook page and I made the order and the related transfer on February 17 (after soliciting from them because the goods were running out) and I was told that the goods would leave on February 20, with delivery in 2 days working. Not receiving the goods, I asked for news and I was told that the next day I would be given a shipping number, after which they became unreachable, to then tell me that the goods had returned (?) And that it would be sent back shortly , but I no longer received ANY response to my messages and my phone was closed on the face. Now, after almost a month and a half, after numerous emails and at the threat of a complaint, I have finally got my money back.
