Articolo consegnato con 15 giorni di ritardo, con un evidente danno nella parte posteriore e come se non bastasse di colore sbagliato rispetto all'ordine effettuato. Alle e-mail rispondono quando gli fa comodo e se telefoni il responsabile non c'Γ¨ mai. Acquisto mobili su internet frequentemente ma sconsiglio vivamente di farlo attraverso questo sito e- commerce.
Item delivered 15 days late, with obvious damage to the back and, as if that weren't enough, the wrong color compared to the order placed. They respond to e-mails when it suits them and if you call the manager is never there. I buy furniture on the internet frequently but I strongly advise against doing it through this e-commerce site.

La merce ordinata Γ¨ arrivata nei tempi prestabiliti risultando fedele all'immagine e alla descrizione, anche se per quello che ho pagato mi aspettavo una qualitΓ  superiore del prodotto. La consegna Γ¨ stata a dir poco rocambolesca, ho dovuto sbrigarmela da sola con quest'azienda a cui si sono affidati a mio avviso poco professionale! Il servizio clienti sempre disponibile comunque...

A dicembre ordiniamo 6 sedie del costo di oltre 200 euro l'una. A febbraio ci viene comunicato un ritardo; riceviamo poi 2 delle 6 sedie ordinate perchΓ© le altre, ci dicono, sono ancora in fase di realizzazione. Ma decidiamo di fare il reso: la seduta Γ¨ piΓΉ piccola di quello che sembra dalle foto (la misura del lato piΓΉ corto non Γ¨ proprio indicata) e le sedie traballano. In generale, un prodotto che non vale quello che costa. Ci vengono date indicazioni imprecise per fare il reso ma riusciamo comunque a farlo nei tempi richiesti, a spese nostre e assicurando il pacco. Quando il pacco viene ricevuto ci vengono segnalati dei danni per un valore di 70 euro. Non capiamo come sia possibile, avendo incartato tutto con estrema cura. Non possiamo farci rimborsare dal corriere perchΓ© il pacco Γ¨ stato accettato senza riserve. Siamo tuttora in attesa del rimborso al quale verranno comunque sottratti 70 euro; oggi abbiamo ricevuto un bonifico per la cifra di 70 euro (quella che andava sottratta!) anzichΓ© per il totale di oltre 1000 euro. Dunque, tra spedizione e danni a noi imputati abbiamo perso quasi 100 euro e non siamo ancora stati rimborsati per la cifra restante. Da segnalare inoltre i tempi lunghi per ricevere risposta via mail.
In December we order 6 chairs at a cost of over 200 euros each. In February we are notified of a delay; then we receive 2 of the 6 chairs ordered because the others, they tell us, are still under construction. But we decide to make the return: the seat is smaller than it seems from the photos (the measure of the shorter side is not really indicated) and the chairs wobble. In general, a product that is not worth what it costs. We are given inaccurate information to make the return but we can still do it within the required time frame, at our expense and by insuring the package. When the package is received, we are notified of damages for a value of 70 euros. We do not understand how this is possible, having wrapped everything with extreme care. We cannot be reimbursed by the courier because the package has been accepted unreservedly. We are still awaiting the refund from which 70 euros will be subtracted anyway; today we received a bank transfer for the sum of 70 euros (the one that was subtracted!) instead of for a total of over 1000 euros. Therefore, between shipping and damage we have accused we have lost almost 100 euros and we have not yet been reimbursed for the remaining amount. Also noteworthy is the long times to receive a reply via e-mail.

Sconsigliatissimo. Acquistiamo per 2500 € sedie ( bonifico subito incassato il 03 aprile) in pronta consegna che aspettavamo da mail prima del 16 aprile e sono arrivate il 26. Inoltre poltrone da 900€ l una con cuscini bucati da chi ha fatto l imballo e strutture di metallo rovinate.
Not recommended. We buy chairs for € 2500 (bank transfer immediately cashed on April 03) ready for delivery that we were expecting by mail before April 16 and arrived on the 26. In addition, armchairs for € 900 each with cushions pierced by those who made the packaging and metal structures ruined.

I have bought four chairs and all of them were damaged. I found that out when I opened the packagings at home. Sediarreda needed 3 months to respond that they won't open the complaint. The worst store ever

I received the wrong model of a stool by the end of december 2017. They told will produce the right ones. I had to send emails to ask for information and did not get a estimated delivery time. After more than 8 weeks still no information of my purchase and did not received my order. They did not even pick up the wrong stools. I would not buy again. 2 weeks after the owner writes here, the products did not arrive and they do not answer the emails anymore,... really bad service.

I had bought some of the very good products from this company. Being used in the garden, after some years some corrosion set in. I emailed the company to ask for spare parts. They were incredibly precise and professional, in particular Madam Alba, to provide me with the proper spares. I can highly recommend this company!
