Non posso dire altro. Il vostro consulente con la quale ho firmato il contratto non risponde, il vostro servizio clienti, manco. Ora comincio a divertirmi anch'io con una bella denuncia All'Antitrust per pubblicità ingannevole e un'altra alla Guardia di Finanza di Bologna. Poi vedrete che qualcosa viene fuori. s	santa faulisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, sono la Signora Faulisi Santa, sono sempre stata una vostra cliente riguardo luce gas acqua, avevo cambiato gestore nel 2016, ma poi dal 2017 sono tornata nel vostro gruppo Hera, non ho cose negative da segnalare a riguardo, Tranne per un sinistro che ho subito il 28-01-2020, danneggiando la mia macchina KIA SPORTAGE contro un pozzetto presente in un parcheggio sporgente alto 45 cm, in via tabacchi davanti al civico 106/2, sul lato destro del pozzetto era già parcheggiata una macchina, e accingendomi a parcheggiare sul lato sinistro di questa vettura sono andata a sbattere contro qualcosa, e nonostante dopo aver fatto retromarcia non era visibile, sono dovuta scendere per vedere a cosa avevo preso contro , ho fatto tutte le foto, fatto denuncia alla polizia municipale che hanno fatto i rilievi, Hera mi manda una raccomandata dicendo che non mi risarciscono i danni subiti, dichiarando il falso che il pozzetto era alto 60cm , io ho i rilievi fatti dalla polizia municipale che dicono tutt'altro, ho dovuto fare seguire la pratica da un legale e sono ancora in attesa. Ci tengo a precisare che prima che mi arrivasse la raccomandata il pozzetto era stato tirato via. Ho la patente da 40 anni e non ho mai fatto un incidente o preso contro qualcosa che fosse a me visibile. Non ritengo sia un comportamento corretto. L	Lau R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficile parlar bene dell'hera, mi hanno rifilato delle lampadine non richieste presentandomele come un regalo e poi me le hanno fatte pagare in ogni bolletta per 1 anno e mezzo, la bellezza di quasi 200 euro. Ho segnalato la cosa più volte e dopo quasi un anno in cui hanno provato a far passare l'idea che fosse una mia distrazione (senza riuscirci, registrazioni alla mano in cui non menzionano mai di accettare delle lampadine a 200 euro) mi hanno riproposto di restituirle a carico mio per riavere indietro i soldi. Giudicate voi. The water supply where I live (just 10 minutes from the center) in the hill however randomly goes terrible like I was living in a 3rd world country! Yesterday it looked like fruit juice (photo evidence available on request). No answer or apology ever from Hera. At best an instruction when I call up to drink it, and that it will be fine.
