Hanno risposto subito alla chiamata e la signorina mi ha spiegato con cortesia che purtroppo in questo periodo stanno avendo grossi problemi per mancanza di personale. Causa peraltro facilmente comprensibile. Si è anche proposta di controllare per me la spedizione che stavo cercando e mi ha confermato che in realtà era partita per la consegna quella stessa mattina. Ricevuta poche ore dopo. Esperienza di cortesia, professionalità e precisione: grazie!
 I phoned on a Saturday morning to inquire about a late shipment. They answered the call immediately and the young lady politely explained to me that unfortunately in this period they are having big problems due to lack of staff. However, the cause is easily understood. She even offered to check the shipment I was looking for for me and confirmed that it had actually left for delivery that same morning. Received a few hours later. Experience of courtesy, professionalism and precision: thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo perché non si può dare 0. Aspetto un pacco da una farmacia, arriva una email a mia figlia (l'ordine l'ha fatto lei x me) che il pacco è in consegna. Poi arriva una email che lo consegneranno nei prossimi giorni. Chiamo in sede da due giorni e nessuno si degna di rispondere al telefono. Siccome questo è successo anche prima del COVID penso sia poca professionalità. Adesso aspetto il pacco? Arriva? Vado a ritirarmelo e mi rimborsano la spedizione???
Just because you can not give 0. appearance a package from a pharmacy, an email arrives in my daughter (the order you did for me) that the parcel is delivered. Then comes an email that will deliver him in the coming days. I call within two days and no one deigns to answer the phone. Since this also happened before COVID I think it's lack of professionalism. Now I expect the package? He arrives? I'm going to reimburse me ritirarmelo and shipping ???

GLS Pordenone Courier today Sep. 27, 2016 (young man, curly wavy hair, facial scruff) outstanding. Rang condo doorbell, could not get thru, then he phoned me on my cell and offered to come and deliver package from Amazon to my suite - I came downstairs instead to greet him. A complete and TOTAL change in service!
Well done GLS Pordenone. Keep delivery people like this young man, please.

Update Oct. 4, 2016: changed rating to 5 stars from 4 stars as GLS has been consistent in their much improved delivery service.
