La cucina era per stomaci forti , nel senso che bisognava avere molto coraggio per mangiare quello che chiamavano cibo, già era un 'impresa tenere tra le mani il vassoio in metallo con i vari scomparti dove ti servivano il "pasto" , erano così unti che sembrava di stringere una saponetta bagnata!! Da non rifare ma è stata un esperienza anche questa. First month of car, January 1980, as a military man. I remember well cold and hungry! Quando mi arrivò la chiamata e lessi Bra, Cuneo, rimasi sbigottito, ora ricordo con piacere quel tempo molto lontano e, da allora, mi sono sentito un po' Alpino anche io che abitavo e abito a Ostia, a cento metri dal mare!
