Il team di ragazze era organizzato in maniera impeccabile per agevolare il tuo shopping rispettando le normative Covid 19. All’ingresso sono stata accolta con un saluto gioioso, così come tutte le persone entrate dopo di me. Solo un saluto, nessun tentativo di vendita addossante, questo è il relax che cerco per immergermi nello shopping. Tutti i capi avevano il cartellino con il prezzo ben chiaro e leggibile. La merce è tutta al 50%, fa da se che puoi farti i calcoli da solo evitando attese e imbarazzo. Quando sono andata a provare i capi scelti in camerino sono stata sorpresa dall’ottima disposizione delle file, dovrebbe essere sempre così, nessun addossamento, nemmeno una persona fuori dal proprio camerino. La ragazza addetta al reparto è stata sempre presente per dare le corrette indicazioni. Mi sono sentita bene perché avevo i miei spazi in un ambiente pulito. La cassa è stata scorrevole senza mancare di precisione e attenzione al cliente, infatti mi hanno saputo dire tempestivamente dove trovare le taglie dei capi che erano già esauriti in quella sede, in altre sedi per me comode da raggiungere. Immancabili gli auguri di Buon Anno. Questa mattina posso dire di essermi rilassata nonostante fosse il primo giorno di saldi nell’ennesimo anno pandemico. When I went to try on the chosen garments in the dressing room, I was surprised by the excellent arrangement of the rows, it should always be like this, no hugging, not even a person outside their dressing room. Difficult (impossible) to find special sizes (e.g. tall and skinny people). Even C&A offers better solutions for that with their "Clockhouse" division. Prices are good, so two stars for that.
