★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not recommended. First they served a tuna tartare, completely unseasoned, essentially just cubes of tuna on the plate. The tuna pasta consisted of the same cold cubes of tuna on top of the pasta. Again, no seasoning. The grilled salmon was the worst part of the meal: the kitchen burned it to charcoal. I told them it was inedible, they apologized, but still included it in the bill. They said the kitchen told them the salmon was fine, "only" the top layer was burnt. Only after I told them I wouldn't pay for it did they reluctantly remove it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were impressed by the innovative cooking of the young chef, with most dishes based on seafood of the area, assembled to perfection with vegetables, herbs and spices. The service was attentive and welcoming and the wine list, whilst short, offered a well-priced set of local wines to match the quality of the food. The only suggestion we had was to soften the lighting by lowering the lamps, using yellow bulbs and considering the use of candles. Well done, guys, keep it going!
