Ho acquistato delle porte presso questo negozio il 19 Gennaio 2019: da quel giorno in poi è iniziato l'incubo.
Al momento del montaggio due porte su 4 mi sono state consegnate danneggiate: il signor Andrea mi promise la sostituzione delle porte entro una settimana.
Da persona perbene mi sono fidato e ho saldato il pagamento: da quel giorno il signor Andrea non risponde più né alle mie chiamate né ai miei messaggi tramite Whatsapp.
Mi sono recato diverse volte al negozio ed ho strappato una promessa di uno sconto sulla porta blindata perché mi hanno detto che le porte non le avrebbero più sostituite (ennesima scorrettezza).
La settimana scorsa ho chiamato anche la falegnameria perché hanno letteralmente addossato le colpe su di loro imputando un rallentamento nella consegna. Nemmeno loro sono stati capaci di fornirmi una data: la cosa è alquanto ridicola perché parliamo di un acquistato effettuato a Gennaio: oggi siamo al 6 Agosto potete capire il disagio procuratomi.
Vi SCONSIGLIO FORTEMENTE di affidare loro qualunque lavoro concernente la vostra casa.
Unreliable seller and in bad faith.
I bought doors at this store on January 19, 2019: from that day on, the nightmare started.
At the time of assembly two doors out of 4 were delivered to me damaged: Mr. Andrea promised to replace the doors within a week.
As a respectable person I trusted and I paid the payment: from that day Mr. Andrea no longer responds to my calls or my messages via Whatsapp.
I went to the store several times and I got a promise of a discount on the armored door because they told me that the doors would no longer replace them (yet another impropriety).
Last week I also called the carpentry because they literally put the blame on them, attributing a slowdown in delivery. Not even they were able to give me a date: it is rather ridiculous because we are talking about a purchase made in January: today we are at 6 August and you can understand the discomfort caused to me.
I STRONGLY advise you to entrust them with any work concerning your home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se non volete avere una brutta esperienza non rivolgetevi a questi... Imprecisi negli appartamenti, non ti rispondono mai al telefono nonostante tu avessi un'appunatmento, e totale mancanza di professionalità!!!! Sono solo una perdita di tempo!!!!!!!!!
