I consulenti del call center sono stati gentilissimi e super preparati, il tecnico ha fatto in modo di trovare le soluzioni migliori per il mio appartamento. La consiglio davvero, un ottima azienda. Inviata tutta la documentazione mi dicono che è tutto ok e si può procedere. Mi chiedono 600€ come anticipo per l'istallazione del solare termico, che a loro detta mi sarebbero stati restituiti. Dopodiché passato un certo periodo mi arriva la comunicazione che la Ditta non eseguirà i lavori per la realizzazione del cappotto. A quel punto chiedo l'annullamento del contratto ma mi rispondono che i lavori per il solare termico sono separati dal resto dei lavori. Una truffa in piena regola. Fate attenzione.....
