Chiamo il centralino della società per un preventivo: trasporto da una clinica all'altra di una signora operata ad una gamba e impossibilitata a deambulare, con valigia al seguito. Mi dicono che dal letto di una al letto dell'altra clinica il costo è di 90 euro, tutto compreso. Il giorno prestabilito viene l'ambulanza e il suo autista con fare arrogante, maleducato e non rispettoso del malato, non intende portare la valigia se non dietro corrispettivo. La paziente, costretta ad accettare per il timore di essere abbandonata senza poter raggiungere l'altra clinica, accetta dicendo che avrebbe pagato qualcosina in più. Arrivati a destinazione, l'autista non intendeva neanche portare la valigia nel corridoio della clinica di destinazione, ma pretenderva 40 euro in più della somma concordata di 90 euro. La paziente viene aiutata dagli infermieri della clinica, ma viste le urla e l'aggressività manifestata dall'autista che pretenderva senza riserve la somma unilateralmente decisa di 130 euro, per evitare il peggio e per paura di essere aggredita, cedeva la somma pretesa. Inoltre, solo dopo insistenza, l'autista rilasciava una ricevuta di sole 120 euro a fronte del pagamento di 130. Questo episodio si è verificato alla presenza di testimoni e verranno presi dei provvedimenti nelle opportune sedi.
È vergognoso, certa gente dovrebbe andare a spaccare le pietre!!!

I call the company switchboard for a quote: transport from one clinic to another of a lady operated on one leg and unable to walk, with suitcase in tow. They tell me that from the bed of one to the bed of the other clinic the cost is 90 euros, all inclusive. The ambulance arrives on the set day and its driver with arrogance, rude and disrespectful of the patient, does not intend to carry the suitcase except for consideration. The patient, forced to accept for fear of being abandoned without being able to reach the other clinic, accepts by saying that she would have paid a little more. Arriving at their destination, the driver did not even intend to carry the suitcase in the corridor of the destination clinic, but claimed 40 euros more than the agreed sum of 90 euros. The patient is helped by the nurses of the clinic, but given the screams and the aggressiveness shown by the driver who claims without reserve the unilaterally decided sum of 130 euros, to avoid the worst and for fear of being attacked, gave the sum claimed. Moreover, only after insistence, the driver issued a receipt of only 120 euros against the payment of 130. This episode occurred in the presence of witnesses and measures will be taken in the appropriate forums.
It's shameful, some people should go and break the stones !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzo esagerato rispetto ad altre società (almeno un 30% in più). Non fanno sconto invalidi come le altre società. Hanno lasciato mia madre sul letto di casa con un telo sporco di sangue del malato precedente.
Exaggerated price compared to other companies (at least 30% more). They do not discount disabled people like other companies. They left my mother on the bed at home with a sheet of blood stained by the previous patient.
