Sono stata 4 giorni a bordo dello yacht Susy nel mare della Costiera Amalfitana ,insieme a mio marito e un altra coppia. lo yacht bello ,curato, dotato di tutti i confort, equipaggio gentile , La nostra grande delusione è stato il mare sporco ,e il comandante. Lui, era disponibile ma poco attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Volevamo della musica e non c era, la tv in camera non funzionava, ci portava in calette ,dove si poteva raggiungere la spiaggia solo a nuoto o con il sup . Non siamo riusciti a vedere un tramonto dallo yacht ,dovevamo rientrare in porto per le ore 19, questo grave vincolo non era specificato ,dovevamo chiedere, e con il suo modo di fare rispondeva con simpatia ma con sufficienza. ,Per il prezzo che si paga ,dovrebbero essere molto attenti a coccolare l ospite ,offrire stuzzichini senza dover sempre chiedere , ,visto che il bagno non si poteva fare ,almeno mangiavamo. Dovevi chiedere tutto ,visto che il cibo veniva pagato da noi ospiti era doveroso consumarlo e presentarlo in vari modi carini per farlo mangiare, invece di lasciarlo all interno del frigo ,per poi usarlo come meglio voleva . Un suggerimento da imprenditrice , ogni volta che sale a bordo un ospite ,devi essere preparato a capire la sua esigenza, sicuramente c è chi vuole stare in camera tutto il giorno, chi vuole prendere il sole, ma devi essere preparato a capire l esigenza ,altrimenti cambia lavoro , fare il comandante non significa solo portare una barca , almeno non in questo caso, visto lo stretto contatto con il cliente ,visto che doveva anche cucinare per noi, e quindi doveva soddisfare al 99% l ospite ,sempre in base al Super Prezzo Pagato..
