★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich die anderen Rezensionen ganz und gar nicht teilen. Die einzige Erklärung ist, dass sie vom Vermieter selbst beauftragt wurden. Die Lage ist unbestritten, es ist fußläufig zum Meer. Das Haus ist innen allerdings seit 40 Jahren nicht renoviert worden und stinkt nach einer Mischung aus Luftauffrischer und Moder. Wirklich unmöglich, dort zu übernachten.
Unfortunately, I can not share the other reviews at all. The only explanation is that they were commissioned by the landlord himself. The location is undisputed, it is within walking distance to the sea. The house has not been renovated inside for 40 years and stinks of a mixture of air freshener and mildew. Really impossible to stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pochi metri dal mare, proprietari molto accoglienti e disponibili. La casa era molto pulita che per me è fondamentale. A pochi passi ci sono locali e ristoranti, i supermercati sono a 5 minuti di macchina.
A few meters from the sea, very welcoming and helpful owners. The house was very clean which for me is essential. Within walking distance there are clubs and restaurants, supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place , walking distance to the beach, mostly local people. You really need a car there! 10 minutes drive to Avolo for shopping grocery. Interesting places as Noto is close too. Last but not least: go and see the Etna!
