A	Amelie Viglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina sono andata presso questa tipografia per farmi fare una semplice fotocopia ingigantita (50.60 circa) di una foto, mi è stato chiesto se la volessi a colori (definita) o in bianco e nero con qualità più scarsa ed io ho optato per la seconda scelta. Il signore anziano dietro al bancone, non solo mi ha trattenuta per parecchio tempo prima che uscisse la stampa, ma mi ha restituito la stampa ingigantita della foto (di scarsissima qualità) su di una carta che di qualità è inferiore alla carta igienica ed ha avuto il coraggio di chiedermi 10€ senza nemmeno farmi lo scontrino. Ho chiesto spiegazioni del tutto e lui ha ribadito che purtroppo non ci poteva fare niente, che i costi sono quelli che sono. Sono ritornata a casa con questo forte dilemma: mi devo giocare i numeri o sono stata derubata? I asked for an explanation of everything and he reiterated that unfortunately there was nothing he could do about it, that the costs are what they are. I came home with this strong dilemma: do I have to play the numbers or have I been robbed? (The question is rhetorical)
